How do you price Toronto and GTA projects?
Toronto (M-postal codes) and GTA estimates use Ontario Building Code (OBC), TARION new-home warranty allowances, and Local 183 / Local 27 union rates where applicable. HST 13% applied on a separate line.
Do you handle Vancouver Step Code and seismic projects?
Yes. Vancouver (V5–V7) and Lower Mainland projects include BC Building Code, BC Energy Step Code 3–5 envelope compliance and seismic Cat-D framing uplifts. We benchmark against Home Depot Burnaby and Dick's Lumber pricing.
Can you estimate Montréal projects bilingually under Québec Construction Code?
Yes. Montréal (H-postal codes) estimates are delivered bilingual EN/FR, follow Code de construction du Québec, RBQ licensing requirements, and apply CCQ wage decree rates. GST 5% + QST 9.975% itemised separately.
Do you cover Calgary, Edmonton and Alberta oil-and-gas adjacent projects?
Yes. Alberta projects (T-postal codes) use ABC (Alberta Building Code), apply Calgary/Edmonton municipal amendments and reflect Alberta's no-PST regime — only 5% GST on subtotal.
