Europe estimating questions
Which European countries do you cover?
United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal and the Nordics. Each estimate uses local supplier and labour rates.
Do you follow NRM2 or local EU standards?
NRM2 for UK and Ireland projects by default. For continental Europe we align with relevant EN standards and local QS practice (DIN 276 in Germany, AFNOR in France, etc.).
GBP or EUR — which currency will my estimate use?
Whichever you prefer. UK projects default to GBP; continental EU projects default to EUR. We can deliver dual-currency on request.
Can you handle multilingual documentation?
Yes. English by default; German, French, Dutch and Spanish BoQ headers available on Standard and Enterprise tiers.
How do you estimate Dublin and Irish projects?
Dublin (D1–D24) and ROI projects use NRM2 with Irish Building Regs (TGD-L, TGD-B), SEAI energy compliance and CIF labour rates. Pricing in EUR with VAT 13.5% applied on a separate line.
Do you cover Berlin and German projects under DIN 276?
Yes. Berlin and DE-wide projects follow DIN 276 cost-grouping (KG 100–700), HOAI fee structure references and Tarif IG BAU labour rates. Delivered in EUR with 19% USt itemised.
Can you estimate Paris and French projects under AFNOR?
Yes. Paris (75) and French projects align with AFNOR / NF P 03-001, apply RE2020 environmental compliance and Convention Collective Nationale du Bâtiment labour scales. TVA 20% / 10% applied per scope.
Do you handle Amsterdam and Dutch BENG-compliant projects?
Yes. Amsterdam and NL-wide projects use NEN 2699 / NL/SfB classification, BENG 1–3 energy compliance and Bouw & Infra CAO labour rates. Priced in EUR with 21% BTW separated.
